It claimed to make the floor more comfortable underfoot (softer and warmer) - thus far no tenant has noticed any difference between this room and others in the unit.We try to avoid laying laminate in humid environments (basements, directly on {un-insualted} slabs, etc.

Running your own properties can both be easy & complicated at the same time, it just depends if you know what your doing, have the time to do it, know all the rules, regulations, state forms, how to deal with residents, etc. for me it came easy because I love to meet new people and I know how to talk to them.
