If you're considering to enter commercial RE industry, why not to call commercial brokerages directly and ask to join?!

Fast forward 2 years, I left my corporate job (and learning we were pregnant with our first, due in June) at the beginning of this year to pursue Flipping, Construction, and RE Investment full time.

She took the condo off the market last winter and has not re-listed.

Fast forward to fall 2017, I discovered Bigger Pockets and started getting some motivation and direction to begin my RE journey. 

Short background: I currently co-own 3 SFRs in the Des Moines, IA area (started investing in 2012) and have always used a trusted RE agent for the purchases with the exception of 1 of them, as the Seller had a dedicated RE attorney for closing and we avoided the RE agent.However, stumbled across a deal where a friend's neighbor is selling a rental she owns as her previous renters were evicted due to disability to pay monthly rent.

Hello Id like helpful advice on how to sell my home avoid RE agent fees as a Great LV investment for the present and future financial outlook.
