there ARE for sure deals to be found in MA and NH, but in MA at least in nicer towns you're more likely to just *offset* your cost of living vs actually cashflowing from a househack. not a dealbreaker depending on your goals though!

A few weeks back we talked about getting a contract signed with our realtor to sell our home, purchasing land before the sale and then buying another project house.

We got a guy here in Cbus/cleveland who fancies himself something of a youtube star, his listings tend to sit for a long time because they are overpriced, his rent projections are generally pretty high and not reality, and he generally doesn't accept offers with inspection contingencies. 

I recently purchased a duplex about 5 minutes away from where I currently live.My goal for the duplex is to furnish and rent to travel nurses/workers as it is very close to a large hospital that is expanding in the near future.

In light of these circumstances, I'm seeking advice on the best financing options to address this costly project if insurance coverage falls short.

There are many factors not considered in that projection.
