Does anyone have any recommendations of good architects in the bellevue area who have experience in building custom waterfront homes?

I had a pleasant customer service experience with Corey and anyone I spoke to.I ended up not going with it because I thought the asset value was inflated.

The Triangle has been a popular place for my New Yorkers when it comes to investing.

Location wise, it’s one block away from the zip code zoned for the good schools, so it’s not in a dangerous and bad area and It’s very close to a popular small strip mall/shopping center and grocery stores, BUT it is zoned for the same terrible schools as the more dangerous parts of town.

Most businesses want to get rid of their most difficult customers and PMs are no exception.

I'd look for a less expensive duplex that will bring in a $750 (the most popular market number) - $850/month.

I thought I was Legal Zooms only customer. 

No offense, Bernard, and if you think I am incorrect, please give me an example of your most fee-efficient customer who has the lowest total fees as a percentage of assets invested.  

No refi without seasoning UNLESS you are a current or established customer. 

What if having me do the property management was the best possible option (less fees, cheaper repairs, no rent-up fees, better customer service)?
