New Investor from NY
Hey BP community,
My name is Garrick Wong and I am a new investor from New York. After months of listening to the podcast and reading books and forum posts I have decided to take the first big step into the world of real estate investing. The forums have been a great way to gain the knowledge of those who have started the journey before me, so a big thank you to everyone who has contributed! My goal is to invest in long term buy and hold properties out of state; currently I am focused on the Research Triangle area in North Carolina. I look forward to taking a more active role in the BP community!
