I'm curious about people's experiences with virtual staging and would like some opinions on whether people who have done it found it to be comparable with physically staging a property with regard to effectiveness.

It seemed easy but when I tried it at home to learn it was not.The best way to learn is 1st physically try it. 2nd if there is someone with experience have him guide you.

@Hayley Smith, we were thinking of organizing the physical meet ups again from September and for the time being organizing the virtual ones.

.* Being near hospitals and universities are great for traveling nurses, patients undergoing therapy, grad students, and/or remote professionals.* Having extended stay hotels in the area are a good indicator there is demand for mid-term rentals.* I furnished both units using Cort furniture to buy solid, matching, used furniture at a discount.

The first is my office/condo that has an apartment attached that is still being reno’d in order to get it cash flowing (other than the rent my business pays my holding LLC).So technically I’m pretty green when it comes to it, but I’m pretty confident in my ability to analyze the physical and economic potential of a property.
