Hi all,

I live in Northeast Ohio and am looking for a reputable intermediary to work with.

Any recommendations?

@Mike Miller, That's exactly right.  1031 is a federal statute equally applied nationwide.  There are some slight differences in how a couple states work with it but the mechanism and format is the same.   Demonstrated experience and national footprint are more important than the physical location of the QI.  You want one large enough to give you economies of scale pricing wise and expertise.  But sometimes the smaller the QI the more expensive they'll be but with the least experience.
