Yes... great location for visiting doctors and nurses and relatives visiting patients. 

In mine, I instruct the owner to give me a written notice of the complaint and 15 days to fix it or explain it to their satisfaction.

No one talks about alternatives, but he also owns land on the other side of downtown so could happen in West Dallas or Trinity Groves area perhaps....or maybe Grand Prairie or somewhere along Irving Blvd.I would also think if you work at the VA or maybe in the VA HR department or one of the other hospitals, so have an ear to the ground about new staff, or long term care patients, then you might have an inside track and could do something MTR around the VA hospital.

We spend over an hour on the phone, he was extremely patiently (like I said I was a first time investor) and made me really understand how the process works.

You have to be very patient to find the right deal.

It is almost impossible to see a company with 100% customer satisfaction, but you can definitely find a company that lead with honesty and integrity.
