Tenant supplying mental health services
Hi All,
I am in need of advice.
I have a small multi unit commercial/residential building. 7 units, each just over 1,000 sq ft.
A basement level commercial unit is available and the potential tenant that I have is for out patient mental health/addiction services. I am curious if anyone has such a tenant and what kind of issues I might expect or is it just a bad idea to rent to such a service. My first floor tenants are real estate and financial investment so basically white collar stuff. I don't want to do anything to scare them or make them too uncomfortable. But I would love to fill this space.
If you have any suggestions or even just more questions for me to consider I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.
Thomas
