So for instance if I am wholesaling, grow to a point where I have enough cash to do rehabs, and also have rental properties generating income, and a couple hobby businesses where they are just my passion and they also work for itself.

But I think flipping will be more in line with my passion and goals than wholesaling.

At the same time I'm able to pursue my passion for business.I want to learn everything there is to know about buy and hold RE investments and I think this would be a great way to do so.

I'd agree with @Fradel Schaechter the only thing Id add is don't try to "boil the ocean" go with the one that you're most passionate/curious about if your passionate dont worry about the money work for the experience (do it part time if need be) and see where it leads@Fradel Schaechter you are a machine lol.

I am looking to network and get to know others in this area that share my passion for real estate.

They just realized that for day to day managing and compared to managing to their Wilshire Blvd stuff, they were not ready or had the passion for the alternative new management challenges that would be required longer term.

We are passionate about this new path we've chosen to work together on and are Looking forward to communicating, learning and contributing (when possible) from everyone here at BP!!!

Managing the properties is definitely not a passion of mine so I am interested in finding a good property manager to manage any future properties if possible.
