Anyone have experience buying / renting mobile homes in LA County?

Not only do they cash flow well but they have growing populations, jobs and modern, diverse economies. 

The added uncertainty and potential loss of income for millions of Americans still out of work could undercut retail sales and make it harder for our economy to recover from the deepest recession in modern American history.

We found a townhome that is pretty close to the beach, modern in comparison to the houses, nice curb appeal - however, I am little worried as there are currently 3 other townhomes in this community on Airbnb currently.

Before you go any farther, you might want to run a test ad that says NAME OF EXACT PART OF TOWN THE PARK IS IN. 2 & 3 bedroom mobile homes for sale or rent from $595 per month -- includes lot rent.
