I am considering wholesaling 130+ acres of land on a main strip in Augusta GA.  30 acres is zoned C-4 and the other 100 is agricultural/residential with potential to build a subdivision, but want to make sure the value will go up and not down.

@Jason Hawkins the main thing people love about house hacking is that you can use the residential financing in order to purchase a 3 or 4 unit building.
