Unfortunately HUD's definition of a service animal is much lower than ADA's definition but I have threaten to fight this inconsistency on a couple of occasions and both times the tenant backed down (We never went to court).What sort of asset protection do you have in place?

I have, on multiple occasions, asked my clients to lower their offer price, and they have gotten into contract on those homes!

But in our case we just bought it last year for cash and the sale price was lower than the previous appraisal so no problem asking for it to be reconsidered.
