I am brand new to BiggerPockets, just started listening over the holidays when a colleague casually mentioned it.

I finally convinced him to listen to one of my audiobooks (rich dad poor dad) which he did, and he seemed to enjoy it and became intrigued.

I've listened to about 100x Bigger Pockets podcasts, gone to a Fortune Builders 3 day seminar, and have several good friends that are Real Estate agents all giving me slightly different info.

That is my current plan right now, trying to read/listen and attend as much as I can.

One of the BP podcasts I recently listened to was talking about how many syndicates and bigger investors have been gobbling them (Multi-Fam) up, even if they aren't profitable, they are looking for a place to park funds.
