Go interview and ask what you are going to get from them while you are paying them %s of your commissions.

I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on what to ask or what to look out for when interviewing the agents?

Realistically I see myself being able to get out to the property once to meet or interview potential team members.

I'm pretty new to BRRR so I was wondering, would anybody be interested in a short 30 min or so interview on a recent BRRR property you did? 

Do short little interviews with the business owners, pastors, teachers, firemen, etc.Do this all day, every day (your Fitbit is going to start posting some crazy step numbers!)

I am still in the very preliminary stages and am currently looking around to gather information on a few General Contractors to interview to see if I can get someone to come out to give me a quote.

I’ll check out their website and see if I can find some specific folks to interview.

That way I have your post on, "finding good lenders" always in front of me while interviewing and deciding the direction I'll be going on my journey.
