Hey everyone, my name is Mike, and I just joined the site.I'm currently living in Stuttgart, Germany, but I'll be moving to Charleston, SC this summer, where I have my primary residence and 2 cashflowing SFHs.I'm hoping to expand the operation and get in on some multifamily spots, and learn about flips. 

We're preparing for a new tenant,  and our property manager has asked us to do about $9000 in repairs, including carpet replacement (3 years old,  but it's got some filthy spots), replacing polybutelene plumbing,  and of course repainting and patch work.

It would be a pretty big deal for the real estate industry and make projects on BP much more viable to fund.  

Figuring that the majority of agents quit within the first 6 Months to a year because they don't earn enough income you are in the perfect spot of not needing alot of income since you are still in school.

I study it, I think I kind of understand it, and I believe I have the ability to spot an opportunity from a mile or 10 away.  

Just like my name I want to shine in the content industry.

I trying to determine my fees to be charged to the property owner and I wanted to benchmark the prices that are currently set within the property management industry.

I'm sure we can learn from one another and grow.I understand that knowledge of this industry is a great investment and builds confidence to get great deals.

The thing that I lack is experience and knowledge of the industry.
