I can't see any trustee or attorney agreeing to handle a foreclosure for you because the borrower is constantly late.

For example, no matter how much money you have or investing you've already done, the question of when to *spend* money with no return other than taking care of your family or yourself will always be there..So, I am just wondering how other people have handled similar situations. 

I probably will handle the leasing and rent collection.

Frankly the attorney and mortgage brokers handle the entire transaction for you until they need you (signatures, checks, etc).

It’s normally an older person who has inherited the house and can’t financially handle the maintenance and repairs and usually tax-delinquent.

Not charging full market rent reduces the value of your property as well.
