Have you dealt with Municipal Approvals for a close?
I am looking at a bank owned duplex which shows great numbers. The only confusion I have is about the "Buyer responsible for municipal approvals to close" part of the deal. Who has dealt with this before and what does this entail? Is this a red flag or just a small hassle to handle?
