Hello all,I'm a General Contractor who started out years ago in commercial restaurant/retail projects.

Hmm no jobs, so I guess the more then 2 mill sq ft Amazon built, the new Hilton, Marriott A Loft, and other hotels , and many many new restaurants and of course the Cleveland Clinic is MASSIVE along with many other health care cos.

Now a days in my area, some don't really need a car with all the ubers and lyfts and if your either live / work is walkable , or in my case 60+ eateries, bars, restaurants within 1/2 mile, 100s of more shopping service stuff, movies, all the choices blah blah blah.

Great weather, booming economy, nice restaurant, diversity, great culture.

I just believe we all want to be better businesspeopleUpdate: no longer homeless, wholesale successfully, I coach wholesaling and other strategies, I am a personal trainer, meal prep company, restaurant consultant 

And by the way this is 11 studios in a B- neighborhood, within 0.5 miles you have cafes, nice bars and restaurants; within 1.5 miles you have Starbucks, Trader Joe's, etc. so the location is great, hence why we might accept a lower return... or I'm just making excuses because I still like it and we're trying to figure out a way to make it work!

Worked at the restaurant waiting tables to pay for my first investment property. 

Or you could buy one every few years and eat at fancy restaurants.

They chef at high end restaurants which keep them busy at night and on weekends but during the day they utilize the commercial kitchen and meal prep as a side hustle.  

@Crystal Smith  I'd love to connect -- My wife/I and 2 kids went to Milwaukee in July and absolutely loved it.Anyways what we saw was simply amazing, the energy, friendliness of the people, all the restaurants/bars, neighborhoods, amazingly clean, lots of investment going on etc etc.
