Does anyone know a good investor's club in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles area?

Hello all,

I'm a General Contractor who started out years ago in commercial restaurant/retail projects. However for the last couple of years, I've been taking on a few residential rehabs, additions and remodels and done really well. Now I am thinking about creating a team and really go after this full time separate from my commercial business. Anyone out there that can help me network with some heavy-weight and seasoned investors in the valley, I would be very grateful.
