Good morning! I am a multifamily investor in southern Illinois. My goal is to start getting out of my backyard and comfort zone and start investing in nearby states (Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Indiana, possibly even Wisconsin). If anyone has any information on the best areas in these states to start a portfolio in, I'm all ears!
