Handyman is giving me a quote to replace tub and surround still not sure why replacement is recommended we re finished tub last year and surround needs to be replaced in any event.

New roof, siding, paint, brand new carpets, kitchen appliances, bathroom finishes, and more.

If workers are waiting to get paid it will make the laziest of them motivated to finish.

I'm giving myself a year to build my credit, save some money, and finish my personal home flip before I purchase my first investment property and trying to educate myself as much as possible during this year.

When they complete each task you give them a little treat and when they finish the whole job, they get a meal.Sorry if this sounds condescending but after being screwed over by contractors that many times you have to learn to smarten up.Also never turn your back on a dog.
