I have struggled with this decision very much lately.

Perhaps a different percentage in equity or maybe target probates or mortgage lates.

I know I am 2 months late, but welcome Jose!

I gave him the measurements and his guys loaded the finished product into my trailer for less than half the price of custom installs.

I know I'm late to this, but I have a few stories myself :)  I've shared via the blog feature.  

My long term goal of the building is to refurbish all units, convert the dining room to a second bedroom and finish splitting out all of the utilities.

It includes late fees/penalties.

I play on having a large amount of spare time.If need be I could relatively easily acquire a job paying 50-60k per year @ a 40hr workweek as a staff nurse at a local hospital.I live 55 miles south of knoxville, which is where i would like to buy a home, which essentially, will be my first investment property a year or two down the line.I plan on living in what I buy while i finish up clinicals in knox (would save me driving time)Down to the numbers, there are several homes (just by simply looking at the MLS), that would probably make suitable places to live in and in the future transition into rentals.

Please remit the $80 plus xxx in late fees ASAP."
