Hi all,Can someone give me the name of someone that has been featured on the BP podcast that has built a real estate empire without a syndication/partners?

In your ads, I would have information about how it could be great for health science/medical students because of how close it is to the medical school, hospital, etc but also include other desirable features or major employers. (.5 miles to X hospital, 5 blocks to whatever great elementary school, ride your bike to X university!)

The HOA fees will cover exterior features (e.g. roof, etc), which I believe means that I can allocate less towards CapEx each month?

I bet it you put them into a spreadsheet with columns for features like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, sq ft, garage, finished basement, Age of construction, level of finishes, etc. you will start to see a pattern why some are dramatically different than others. 

I also think it makes a feature in the future for potential tenants.
