Can I file an extension?  

We will always "re-certify" a recent survey to a new entity and a reduced fee of the original to cover our extension of liability. 

Do they have an extension period if you do not sell within the original terms provided?

Theres an extension for google chrome called penny posting.

Overall, this cash-out refi just doesn't feel right at this point and I don't want to be charged 0.125% for a 7 day extension.

If there are repairs necessary that make the home unlivable during extensive renovations, I believe some states have rules that let you give notice to terminate based on the condition.  

Without extensive bid results data to back up claims, I think you are just guessing.

Owning 4 or fewer units allows you to use a residential loan rather than a commercial loan.As a landlord, you will have the best, most successful, least stressful experiences with tenants that you screen extensively.
