ALTA Survey Vs. Boundaries for 8 acres
I am selling 8 acres in Williams, AZ. It is zoned light industrial inside the city limits. I do not have a buyer at this time and want to get a bit more traction with those who have expressed some interest. I have a quote for $2,000 to perform an ALTA survey. The surveyor quoted $800 for Boundary on the parcel. There are no improvements on the land and is bordered by a rail line, road and two other parcels. Any opinion on value of getting a survey in preparation for selling?
