At that point, I should be able to pull out everything except I'll probably be out of pocket closing costs.  

It's the federal government though so you can bet that they aren't very flexible and can't make changes or exceptions when someone messes up a bid.  

Hello All,I am looking to house hack a duplex (I currently have no progress except looking at my local listing every day).

There tend to be some pretty active topics but once they get past 2 pages, it becomes very frustrating to keep up.I am a member of at least 6 other forums I can think of off the top of my head, and each and every one has this ability, except for BP.

Properties that are zoned mixed-use or commercial can be an exception.

We barely found this new build home at $375k and I was almost forced to take it because everything in the area was sold out, except for this one that was a fallout.

The one we are buying is 1.6M so...He said no exception would work for us unfortunately.

We did NOT have any appraisal contingency and got the deal excepted, so if we hadn't appraised, we would have gone back and renegotiated.
