@Jed Devine your doing exactly what I was thinking... getting in at a price point that won't break me if  something goes wrong .

Also the housing stock is generally in poor condition in the city, and you have the typical problems that come from low income areas like crime, drugs and violence.

I did not know exactly where I would fit in over on this side though.

Exactly what my concern was from 2 years before. 

I would imagine utilities and fire separation are going to be the 2 chief concerns, and you're going to have to check with your local code enforcement division or a good, licensed contractor to figure out exactly what you will have to do to rent those spaces separately.

However, with my new campaign, which uses exact match keyword phrases, the click through rate has been over 9%.
