Are there any experienced real estate investors in the New Haven area looking for a website, and/or social media help to enhance your personal brand?

Older long term residents will leave and migrate elsewhere due to unpalatable changes, whether political, demographic or COLA, and new residents will move in who desire that lifestyle.

Really it needs to be enough such that when you have that problem tenant, who puts you through a month's long eviction process AND an expensive unit turn or CapEx problem (or several that hit all at once) that you are able to cash flow it without having to impact your lifestyle, other investments, or otherwise be forced to make a hard choice.

We are continuing to invest in Belize but from a Forestry and Lifestyle model.  

Looking for just general advice or conversation on restrictions related to foreign purchases, short term rental data for certain areas, lifestyle and convenience as a retirement location, etc?

What lifestyle do you hope to achieve? 

Some other pros would be weather, globally sought after, growing infrastructure across the state to accomodate high speed rail, space industry, we have several major airports, growing tech/medical industries as well as the ever growing theme park monsters that help to bring in about 70 million people a year here, we stay pretty purple with politics and very alternative lifestyle friendly, schools overall aren't great, but we do have some very good ones including prep schools/acadamy's. landlord friendly and so much more too!

Sure, it’s a lifestyle investment and a financial investment.
