@Tiffani Crenshaw,I feel your pain, we have 1 owner in our preferred neighborhood, that owns about 15 houses-- all the POS crappy ones that look like no one gives a crap, boarded up windows, trees growing inside/along side of them.. those are his..

It's a 2 car detached garage.Gutter installation:  The back of the house needs 30 feet of gutters with one downspout.Tree branch removal:  There's a big tree out front that needs a large branch cut off.

I just spent all weekend with a rented tracked skidsteer loader with a monster bushhog cutting this bamboo down and grinding it up . it was more than my kubota's bushhog could handle , I still have at least another day with a york rake to clean up and pile the stuff up .At least I can pile it in the back of the lot , it would fill about six 40 yd cans .The fun part was this skidsteer and bushhog ripped thru the bamboo and it would grind up 4 inch saplings , I knocked over a couple trees roots and all came up .

@Justin Silverioin our area the maps of the designated areas are with the building dept but I am not sure how current they are.For 20 years we owned land with a Barn on it & I only discovered it was being designated wetlands when a old tree hugger type appeared on the property tying orange ribbons on the trees.
