So it may be wise for you to get yourself educated for a bit first and put the money into a low-risk liquidatable investment or savings account for now.Lastly, I swear BP isn’t paying me to promote this book, but I did recently buy and listen to the Audible version of the BP Publishing book by David Greene, Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties, which you can find on the BP Store or Amazon.

Yet always open to being educated by folks who truly know more than myself. 

Slow down and take the time to fully educate yourself on finances and investing before you get yourself too hyped on the idea of investing in real estate.

If not remedied within the cure period, start eviction procedings....and be ready to scrub walls and re-paint.

I'm continuing to learn and educate myself and willing to learn/start new strategies, if they fit into my overall goals.

I suggest that if you plan to apply for credit cards to help support business expenses, etc. then apply for as many as you can in (I believe) a 14 day period.

While not military, I have many similar circumstances, including the constraints, as an investor.Right now I am aiming to continue educating myself, but I would like, ideally, to reach out to folks in Jacksonville, FL (and other FL areas), Alabama, and Tennessee to build teams and expand my investments. 

I have a lot of family in the real estate business, in Pittsburgh, and have been educating myself throughout the last few years, including reading many books through Bigger Pockets, such as Long Distance Real Estate Investing.
