Seller financing bio and deal info

I am putting together a deal and seller is asking to write a bio. What should I include inside of bio ? (education, experiences and ??)

I am putting together about 3 m in prime location. Cap rates are not that attractive. This is more of a land play where per door price is 130k and rate about 6.9%. Building is Class B and tenants are 20-30s working crowd. Seller is very motivated to do seller financing since he is retiring. 

Any tips or suggestions?
