Hey folks,Attorney and Real Estate Agent here planning on working at real estate development full-time in 10 years or so.  

It is important to focus on developing in the 9-5 role as well.

I live in Chandler AZ and hoping to connect with people interested in Commercial Real estate land developing or other entrepreneurial min-like real estate investors.

Currently own and operate a 50 acre Mobile home park, lease a 10 acre parcel to a condo development and have a 30k sqft 60 tenant office complex.I am involved in all parts of the business.

Good afternoon , I am a new builder in corpus , focusing on modern design I'm also interested in partnering up with a developer to get my vision and scale it to a bigger form and build specs and short term rentals simultaneously.

My questions to the BiggerPockets's community are:1) When first starting out, who are the three most important people that you need to meet and develop a relationship with?

I was hoping that you would be interested in being a test user for a real estate investing website I'm developing?

My long term goal is to develop a large portfolio of rental properties for a passive income retirement so I can travel the world for the last 1/3 of my life.

I'm not looking to develop a long term relationship with this hard money lender.
