Our concern is that we have to stay in our current city for at least the next year as I am starting a new job, but after that, we plan on moving somewhere a little further south for the sake of some warm weather.

Long-term I want to bring in warm leads that convert often and cost me very little.

As a kid my dad took me to lodges for ice fishing often.Need a nice warm bed after a cold day on the ice!

We have family members who have owned rentals in other sections of OBX and it's not easy having positive ROI on beach houses with how high all the expenses are.I think global warming is a bigger issue for OBX and any other barrier island though.
