Happy New Years, BP Community! I’m a new member to Bigger Pockets, and a new realtor licensed in Virginia. I’m brand-spanking new to the world of real estate in general (licensed in November, I was a photographer prior) and investing in particular.

I've historically only seen money as something to use to survive, and if there's more after the bills are paid, take my wife to dinner lol 🗣🤷🏿‍♂️ I am becoming more convinced that REI is a great way to build wealth for my family and future generations.

Some of my initial goals here are:

- to learn more about the dynamics of real estate so that I can be knowledgeable for myself, and also to help my clients.

- to learn from other investors on smart ways to become a full-time investor

- network with other investors and professionals to find ways to contribute to THEIR success
