Young Investor from Burlington, VT

Hi everyone,

I'm super excited to learn from everyone here. My name is Ben and I'm a new investor from Burlington, Vermont. I closed on a duplex recently after performing a 1031 and am looking to acquire more property. I would like to buy, with partners, in the 5-30 unit space for my next deal.

While I have a small group of friends and family who want to invest, I'm hoping to find others with the same mindset to purchase cash flowing assets in this great little town. I also need help learning more about structuring partnerships and good lenders so I'll be scouring the website soon soon.

The great podcast got me here. My full time job is working as a firefighter in Burlington. I ski and hike in my free time.
