What I heard is if you're the sole proprietor it's much easier for them to do that but again it's judged on a case by case basis.We used the property address.

I responded that I would not enter her unit (as she has previously set me up with the code enforcement officer and then tried to extort me, saying that she just wants to see me in front of a judge, unless I can offer her some incentive to not go to court).

Due to an extremely similar fence issue between me and a neighbor, I know way more about fence law that I ever wished to.In my area, if a shared fence is in need of repair or replacement and one owner does not want to pay or have the work done, the other owner can go to court and convince the judge that the work is necessary and the judge can order the other party to pay 50%.

It was not an absolute auction.I only heard of one auction, for a condo at the complex where I already bought two at auction, where it was not declared an absolute auction, the foreclosed owner bought his twin brother to observe.
