I need help with an indignant and ignorant tenant

Posted

Hey guys...I inherited a property, and a woman who inhabits the place doesn’t want to pay and is squatting. The place is not zoned for tenancy I tried to do it. If I move into the place, being owner occupied, will I have a legal way to get her out of the house? Or if I don’t...I’m welcome to any ideas. She is really working on my nerves and is just an awful person. Help me please?
