You aren't required to but in the case, they decide they aren't leaving stating a hardship due to the time of year, weather, etc, it would be cheaper and faster to provide assistance to get them out instead of going through a court process.

I am trying to decide what is easier and makes more sense between these two: Get spun up on laying tiles and fitting that in my busy life, or deal with the draining experience of getting a contractor to show up, give an estimate, then appear weeks or months later, do an honest job, stick to it and finish on time. 😀

Mom and pop owners often won't disclose either because they never kept records, or also common, they are writing off a lot of items to the property that make the property appear more financially burdened than may be the case (I may or may not have had a few dozen dinners out with my wife that get booked to my rentals).

I don't think the courts would agree with this if the person with any equity complains.Yes you can transfer to another beneficiary without anything being recorded as only the trustee is public record.item 5 would require a foreclosure.

If you are taking a loan from your cash value from the insurance company, it may not be deductible, even if the proceeds are used for investment.On the other hand, if you use a third party lender issuing a loan using the cash value as collateral, it appears that you can deduct the interest as investment expense.
