So the main difference for an investor was that they could find alot of offerings online instead of whatever they happened to hear about at the country club.Only in the last couple of years has it evolved to allow nonaccredited/ordinary retail investors to participate.

Noblesville is a good area and it is surrounded my some of the best communities in the country (Carmel and Fishers). 

The stresses of PCSing (which I've done), deploying to combat zones (which I've done) and having to support loved ones back home while out of the country (which I've done) are a lot.
