I work full time+ have few rentals that I self manage+ have a family+ have to cook+clean the house+ have to excercise and I am tired!

She gifted to me at which point it was then my personal residence, I did a partial cash out refi but now am selling the home. 

@Julie George A quick google search shows….Apparently, there are thousands of cook county residents eligible for a tax refund, due to over payment.  

You know your product and all of the improvements in-depth, and if you feel there's more meat on the bone, then it's your role as the asset manager to go for the higher price.

You can no longer give a 30 day notice to a tenant in Cook County.
