Looking for RE friendly CPA in California regarding Capital Gains
So I have a somewhat unique situation. I was gifted a home from my mother. It was her primary residence. She gifted to me at which point it was then my personal residence, I did a partial cash out refi but now am selling the home.
Looking for a California RE friendly CPA who has a strong understanding of capital gains to help me ensure I don’t lose my arse in taxes.
Please advise on any you know that could help. Thank you 🙏🏻
