But investors are always leaning on sponsors to some degree, and a newer sponsor who thinks they have a smoking hot deal might not actually have a smoking hot deal.There will always be an unknown factor, where we're leaning on the sponsor's judgement, ethics, and skills.

We always work on projects and my wife has a great imagination so I think it would fit our skills well.

If you can be successful at putting together a wholesale deal, you will possess 90% of the knowledge and skills it takes to hold that property yourself.
