Buying another property out of State

Justin Oda
Posted

Hi! I live in the Bay Area and was just looking at all options. I’ve really been interested in Arizona.

Now if I wanted to buy in Arizona, but still live in California for a couple more years(still live with my parents), is it better to get a loan in Cali or Arizona? Or is that even an option lol, sorry I’m a Newbie!

@Justin Oda Az welcomes you as an investor! We need rentals the demand is high!

For lenders, I would go with an AZ-based Loan Officer that understands AZ. Every state has a few nuances in the way they do business and it's just easier and your odds of success increase. Rates are the rates and really are more national so we can keep the rate and terms competitive for you.

Happy to provide a name or two if you would like.
