If so what do you charge per sheet, completion to prime?

@Renee R.I've mentioned it in a previous posting, and other people claimed to have good success but LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) is a pretty awesome product.

If they claim an ARV price that requires x dollars, have them provide a written bid from a known contractor.

If you are looking for somewhere for vacation purposes and be content if the unit at least pays for itself then it's completely a reasonable purchase but looking at it for any actual investment opportunity it's awful. 

Or, if I'm completely mistaken and single units cant be purchased by multiple people then by all means, dont hesitate to label me a bafoon!

I can complete an accurate frame take-off with a ruler and calculator.

Before I ask the questions, I'd like to point out that I am a complete newbie to the world of real estate and my only education thus far has been reading the Beginners Guide here on BP.

We bought a vacant property, completely renovated it, and are now waiting on what will hopefully be a quick offer.
