Being the buyer in a wholesale deal
If I'm the RE investor buying a wholesale property can I use traditional financing (bank/credit union)? Or do I have to pay all cash or use a private lender?

@Gulliver R. means "it has to be ok with the (original) seller", rather than the just the wholesaler. Check the original Contract carefully. Cheers...
