Shop around for as many as you can, interview them and only settle on someone who communicates well with you.

This may require each accountant to communicate with eachother.

You need to be communicating with the agent to make sure they aren't just automatically increasing your dwelling coverage unnecessarily?

List on multiple channels.

Here are some ideas:Stable job & salary = money.Stable job & salary = access to conventional financing.In your travel, you have the ability to meet with providers, managers, other investors.Leverage your military network to build a communications platform (mailing list, mastermind groups, etc.).You probably have a few more.

Putting off problems just makes them worse.We document everything too, so you can see in the communications trail that we responded immediately and I send a text after work was completed, confirming.
