Now before everyone picks up a red flag and starts parading through this thread, let me add that I was born and raised in Gary, and I'm very comfortable moving around there.I'm certainly no expert, but I am familiar with the different areas and I'm already thinking about the areas I'd be interested in looking at.I'm not ready to buy anything right now--I'm just looking ahead and trying to learn as much as I can right now.Thanks!

Typically I have achieved infinite return as I end up with no money trapped in the RE.Why I am considering doing a syndication is that the time commitment is significantly less than when I do my own RE investments; syndications are more passive than doing your own RE transaction and extremely more passive than BRRRR or flips.
