Ive not inquired, but I bet the contract price is somewhere around $600k or more.There is a 10 unit building that just came on the market in Baltimore that is $300k more than I would price it at.

But as we keep pouring money and sweat equity into this place (and especially when I drove over after work last week and saw when I'm betting were two guys on the corner waiting for customers for their drugs) I'm wondering if anyone that's not section-8 will even consider living in the area.Gail

A partnership would be lucrative for an experienced investor if you had a good deal under contract  Thanks I actually got it 2 years ago with a lot of savings and help from dad and grandpa like I said my job is close to minimum my best bet would be to find a partner as I'm low in cash but I guess it will just take time to make savings to have more options

It went under contract a few weeks later.Had they sold to this person and the individual later found the defects in the property after closing, you can bet their would have been a lawsuit.
