Id also recommend downloading  some type of personal finance app, like Mint, which does a great job at helping you pay off debt, save money, and automate your budget.

It's much more red tape with the bigger companies to weed through.As for land requirements recently Mcdonald's and other restaurants have been automating restaurants with touch screens etc. and they have been wanting to reduce physical space in the stores.

They're millions of combinations so this is why it's really important that you stop trying to figure this out yourself and get a strong loan officer or broker to run the numbers through Fannie or Freddie's automated underwriter systems.I hope this helps and have a good one all.

Maybe all in the year of the purchase (expenses), maybe spread out over multiple years (capital purchases.)If the C-corp did trading (I assume you mean stocks or currency or some other financial instrument), I'm not sure if they can claim the re-invested money was a deduction or not.
